Looking after your health and wellbeing while self-isolating is important to help you stay well while you're at home. Everyone's experiences and situations will be different and below we share some tips:
1. Drink plenty of water
2. Keep social, either online or over the telephone

5. Remember. While it seems the world may have stopped, nature is still growing around you. This will pass and things will begin to return to a new normal.
