Which courier will ship my order?
Orders are sent from the UK using Royal Mail and, for international orders, are then passed on to your local postal service. Express International orders are sent using either FedEx, DHL or UPS.
What is the order cut off time?
Order before 4pm (UK time) and we will have your order sent the same working day.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We always choose ✈️ Air for all International orders with deliveries typically made within 12 working days, but please allow up to 21 working days for Australian and New Zealand deliveries. Orders are taking slightly longer due to reduced flights to carry the post.
Has my order been shipped yet?
Once you have paid for your order online, you will be sent an order confirmation within 24hrs. We will contact you again by email, or you by text, letting you know when your order has been dispatched.
What packaging should I expect for my order?
We use plain boxes marked with the CU logo. Typically, if you are ordering 4 pairs or fewer, your parcel will fit through your letterbox. The box, packing slip, postcards and inside bag are all 100% recyclable ♻️.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes. Make sure to select the correct country field during checkout. For International shipping cost, see the above information. Please note, International orders may be assessed for custom duties and taxes and this is not included in the delivery cost.
What are duty & taxes?
Curbwear is shipped from the UK. If you live outside of the UK, your country inspects goods as they arrive. Sometimes they apply duties and taxes depending on the import threshold.
Should I choose tracked or non tracked?
To keep postal cost low, we also offer a non tracked service. We have used this service since 2013 and have found it very reliable. If you prefer to keep a track on your order as it passes through the mail system, including when it will be out for delivery, please use the tracked service.
Shipping prices have increased globally due to a significant reduction in flights and new working practices. We have had to increase our prices and we will review this regularly with the goal of reducing them when possible.
