In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is faulty, incorrect or unwanted, you can return or exchange it. Our returns policy is valid for 21 days from the date that the you received your order.


If you receive a product that is faulty, incorrect or unwanted:


1.   First, contact us by email ( so we can start your return. Make sure to tell us your full name, order number and the reason for the return.

2.   Once this information is received, we will contact you within 36 hours to let you know what the next step will be.


We are unable to accept returns for unwanted goods if they have been used. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns on underwear, swimwear and socks that have been worn.


Unfortunately we can’t cover your return postage cost, however if you lay the items flat (minus any postcards etc) you should be able to purchase a Large Letter / Flat postage for the return (2nd class, non tracked, no signature is fine). Your statutory rights are not affected.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment normally within 1-3 days.




If you would like to exchange unwanted / wrong size items, you can. Please note, for hygiene reasons underwear, swimwear and socks must be unworn. Contact us to start your exchange
