Online Returns & Order Cancellation

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is faulty, incorrect or unwanted, you can return or exchange it. Our returns policy is valid for 14 days from the date that the you received your order.

If you receive a product that is faulty, incorrect or unwanted you can also follow the below steps:

1. First, contact us by email (info@curbwear.com) so we can start your return. Make sure to tell us your full name, order number and the reason for the return.
2. Once this information is received, we will contact you within 36 hours to let you know what the next step will be.

We are unable to accept returns for unwanted goods if they have been used. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns on underwear, swimwear and socks that have been worn.

Unfortunately we cannot cover return postage costs for unwanted items. If we have supplied an incorrect or faulty item, we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs.

 

EU Consumer Rights

 

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, this policy does not affect your statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods. To exercise this right, please click here to access your customer account or contact us at info@curbwear.com within 14 days of receipt.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear and socks that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered after delivery cannot be returned unless faulty.

 

Refunds

 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment. Refunds are typically processed within 1–3 working days, although some banks and payment providers may take longer to complete the transaction.

 

Exchange

 

If you would like to exchange unwanted / wrong size items, you can. Please note, for hygiene reasons underwear, swimwear and socks must be unworn. Contact us to start your exchange info@curbwear.com.
